Re: THE BOMBAY CATHOLIC SABHA CONDEMNS THE TERROR TACTICS OF MNS ACTIVISTS WHO HAVE THREATENED THE SACRED HEART SCHOOL, S.V. ROAD, SANTACRUZ WEST IF THEIR DEMANDS FOR ADMISSIONS ARE NOT GRANTED. WE UNDERSTAND THAT THE MNS ACTIVISTS HAVE PLANNED A DEMONSTRATION AT THE SCHOOL ON JULY 18 AT 10.00 A.M.. WE URGE THE GOVERNMENT TO PUT AT REST ONCE AND FOR ALL SUCH TYPE OF INTIMIDATION TACTICS WHICH CREATE A FEAR FOR THE CHILDREN AND THE SCHOOL. URGES CHIEF MINISTER / DEPUTY CHIEF MINISTER & HOME MINISTER TO INTERVENE AND PROVIDE SECURITY TO THE INSTITUTION.

BCS DEMANDS SUITABLE LEGISLATION TO SAFEGUARD AND PROTECT ALL INSTITUTIONS FROM SUCH TYPE OF TERROR INTIMIDATION.

The Bombay Catholic Sabha is pained at the regular intimidation of the Schools / Institutions by the MNS activists. As a mark of Solidarity in support of the School, citizens, members of the PTA, parishioners and members of The Bombay Catholic Sabha will gather at the School premises at 9.00 a.m. on July 18.

We also demand that the Government must bring in suitable legislation to protect and safeguard all institutions from such type of terror intimidation.
