Dear Dolphy,

It is indeed a shame that such atrocities are commited right under our noses and the city refuses to take note of it.

I can't make it to the march since I am in Lahore on the 14th of June. Please dont see my absence as a sign of my apathy. The people of Pereira have my support. I too have spoken to the CM about this tragedy. He has promised to intervene.
